Dr. Akhavan and his wonderful staff is exceptional. I had several crowns needing replacement, and was very apprehensive about the experience without sedation. (Although sedation is an option) From the brightly colored relaxed front office "Julie" was outstanding, always welcoming; to the state of the art massaging dental chair "Jenni" a phenomenal assistant, ensured comfort and relaxation. Dr. Akhavan is a miracle worker, truly an "Artist in Dentistry". He is extremely patient, and caring, a beautiful kind of perfectionist! He listened to what I wanted and made the whole experience remarkable. My crowns are flawless, receiving compliments upon compliments "your teeth are beautiful". I had a great experience at PA Dental Arts. Julie gave me an upfront understandable treatment plan and explained how my dental insurance would cover their part and what my responsibility would be. We started on my dental work on the first visit and I was out quickly. I was delighted that I felt no pain and it was a surprise that just the part of my mouth that was worked on was numb... not the whole side of my head! Kelsey was great at explaining before and during the procedure what the doctor was doing and it went very well. This crown is the best fit and finish of all of the dental work I have by far. I am going back for some more needed work in a few days. Excellent facility with the latest dental technology and very efficient. I highly recommend PA Dental Arts! ~ Dean H

As a first time patient of Dr. Parham Akhavan, I was extremely impressed not only by him, but his staff as well. They were very professional, friendly, and inviting. The décor of the office was amazing. Everything was nice, colorful and up to date. I was so impressed that I also brought my daughter. She had a great experience as well. I would recommend his office to all. I have been a patient here at Pa Dental Arts for over five years. I started with Dr. Parham Akhavan and now I am with Dr Blacher. Although, I started with Dr A the transition has been seamless to Dr Blacher. The office staff is remarkable i.e. gental, patient, show compassion. Hands down the best dental office. I came in needing a wisdom tooth removed and had been quoted $1,000 elsewhere just for one tooth with sedation. Dr. Daftary included not only the extraction but also a bone graft and membrane for the same price!! I wasn’t put to sleep, but the experience was so calm. They even had lavender towelettes and the energy was on point. That meant a lot to me, especially since it had been years since I’d even been to the dentist. They made me feel safe, informed, and respected every step of the way. What sets them apart is how much you can trust them. There’s complete transparency, no pressure, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. You always know exactly what’s being done and why. Thank you PA Dental team. ~ max k

I could not be happier with the experience, both my son and I had dental work done here. My son is 8 yrs old and they were kind and caring, they listen to him and most importantly they listen to my concerns! They were the first ones to suggest that he suffered from dry month and since then we have seen a world of difference!! I am so thankful to them for taking such good care of him during his dental work. I had work done myself and they were amazing. This is the first time I did not have to tell a dentist that I could still feel the pain, I am so grateful for all of the staff for making us feel so comfortable and welcomed. When I was looking for a new dentist after moving to the area, I found P.A. Dental Arts. From my first encounter with their staff, I knew they were different. I found the staff to be very personable, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel special and not just another patient. I was most impressed with their state of the art facility, from the colorful and comfortable lounges in each room to the ceiling mounted TV's / monitors to keep me entertained/informed during my procedures. The doctor really has created an office environment that is fresh, friendly, and welcoming. I'm very glad I made the choice to stop in and see what they had to offer. Terrific experience....been to the office I think three times now and each time has been actually ejoyable! That's saying a lot coming from a guy who does NOT enjoy dentist visits. Julie and Kelsey really made the experience fun, they are both fantastic and friendly, always smiling and clearly enjoying their work, while Dr. Akhaven provided superior dental work during both routine cleanings, and a vaneer placement. He was consultative and thorough and most importantly, he got in there and got it done quickly, which I appreciate. Kelsey took molds for me and created whitening trays which I was supposed to pick up a day later, I failed to do so and she kept them for SIX months before I finally picked them up. Our family recently switched to PA Dental Arts after our longtime dentist retired, and it’s been a really good experiance. Everyone at the office is super friendly and welcoming. We needed a few dental fillings, a deep teeth cleaning, and my husband started a dental implant, and everything was handled very smoothly. Dr. Daftery takes her time and explains things clearly, which helped us feel comfortable and informed. The office was decorated for Halloween during our visit and it looked really fun and festive. They even had a pumpkin decorating contest among the staff and let patients vote, which was a nice touch. Our last visit went a little longer than expected but I didnt mind since they were being really thorough. Overall, we’re really happy we found this office and plan to keep coming here for all our dental care. ~ Jason R

Dr. Daftary is amazing so knowledgeable, detailed, and honest. What I love most is how warm and welcoming the entire office feels the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, the care is genuine, and there’s absolutely no pressure or push for unnecessary treatment, which is rare to find these days. I came in for an exam and was recommended a deep cleaning that had been overlooked by previous doctors. Dr. Daftary took the time to show me my X-rays and photos, clearly explaining the deterioration of my gums and bone loss. That explains the sensitivity and why my teeth look longer . No one has ever explained things to me the way she and Fatima did with so much clarity and compassion. I drive miles to come here it’s worth it every single time. The absolute BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist. Everyone who works there from the front desk manager, the dental assistant and the Dr. were absolutely incredible. Very personable and genuinely interested in providing you with the best care possible. They even went out of their way to provide a service on a Saturday when they were not going to be in the office just to accommodate our needs for an important personal event. The office is professional, warm, inviting and very well decorated, not at all what I expected. What a refreshing experience! If you are looking for a superb dentist, do not hesitate to choose P.A. I've had many awful dental experiences which caused me to be terrified of the dentist. I needed a lot of work done and have always been very self-conscious about my smile. Thanks to Dr. Akhavan and his amazing staff I now look forward to going to the dentist and using my real smile. When I first walked in the door I was greeted by Julie who always has a smile on her face. Once back in the chair Jenni comforted me and made me feel right at home by talking me through the whole procedure. Dr. Akhavan was very honest and helpful. I haven't been to see a dentist in years, because of a bad experience, and everything about PA Dental Arts was so positive, I can't believe I waited so long! I have been a patient here for 1 1/2 years and I wish I had Dr. Arkhavan as my dentist for the previous years and I would have saved myself time, money, and a couple of teeth. I absolutely have no complaints. You are immediately welcomed by Julie who is so down to earth and has a wonderful and upbeat personality. Talking to her definitely calms my nerves as I always get anxiety about coming to the dentist. Dr. Arkhavan is amazing. He is very meticulous and thorough and definitely makes sure that you understand what is going on through the entire process. It's an immediate comfort. The dentist chairs are also very comfortable and the chairs in the waiting room are amazing. They also have very high tech equipment which is always a great thing. I highly recommend this office. First of all, the whole office is so beautiful, clean and warm that I felt I was in a hotel. That is ALWAYS a great sign for me. Secondly, Christina is the sweetest human being that cares above and beyond to make the dental experience anything BUT uncomfortable. The chairs have massagers, she gives you headphones as to not hear the drilling... I mean, I have never felt so taken care of by any doctor! Julie is an Angel as well; the office manager, and every woman that works here makes you feel safe. An all female environment is my personal favorite. Oh... Today was my first time at P.A Dental Arts and I loved it! I am all about a dentist’s office that is thorough, amicable, and able to work with you. The practice is very clean and welcoming, plus they were also on time. My hygienist was Adrienne and she was very thorough and took her time to do an amazing job! Once she was done, then I met with Dr. Blacher. Where do I start? She is AMAZING! Not only she was very knowledgable, but she also explained everything in detail and never rushed me. Julie was also extremely nice and caring. I am very picky with my healthcare providers and I will absolutely be returning to Dr. Blacker’s office to see her and her amazing staff. So fortunate we were referred to this excellent 10* dental team, with a charming lady, Dr. Riddhi Daftary, at the helm and Dr. Shaad, her asst. For years, we have had so many aggravation with unreliable dental offices altho we have dental insurance, we were charged out of pocket. I'm glad to know this office has a knowledgeable accounting team, who is well versed in billing esp dental insurance. And these doctors will follow up with an explanation of the numbers. We are just so blessed to have met Dr. D and Dr. Shaad, together with their group of pleasant, thoughtful, caring, efficient assistants. PA Dental Arts truly went above and beyond for my son, who is autistic and non-verbal. Before our appointment, they texted to ask about anything that could help make his visit easier, which immediately reassured me. At the office, the staff was incredibly patient, gentle, and respectful. They showed him what they’d be doing on a model and even used a picture book to explain each step. The dentist kept my son engaged and never pushed his boundaries. To my surprise, he actually completed his full cleaning during that first visit and now he likes going to the dentist! I’m confident scheduling the rest of his dental work during his school break this week, something I never thought possible. I had a difficult experience with a failed wisdom tooth removal elsewhere, which even damaged a nearby tooth. I reached out to P.A. Dental Arts and was incredibly grateful to get an appointment right away. The team was thorough in explaining my treatment options, and Dr. Drafatary was outstanding throughout the procedure — from the extraction to the bone graft and membrane placement. The post-op care has been excellent as well. They followed up after the surgery and today, at my one-week checkup, everything looks great. I had my first dental appointment with P.A. Dental Arts Tuesday and it was fantastic. I was brought right back and did not have to wait. I had great customer service and the whole staff was wonderful. After my cleaning I was able to get my one filling done the same day. Saved me a trip back and very affordable. Dr. Akhavan filling was pain less. I am looking forward to my next visit. update: I am still a patient after 7 years and now my daughter is going. The new staff and Dentist are amazing. An amazing place ran by amazing people. Friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the back chair. Even after moving away from the local area, the drive is more than worth it. Can't say enough about the kindness, gentleness, and genuine empathy from everyone here. I'll chew on rocks if it means I can make another appointment. Update: I have had several SRPs to deal with substantial buildup and was even told I needed to setup an appointment with an oral surgeon. However, Ashley was able to remove the buildup through a standard SRP. Her help has been tremendous. It can't be stated enough, Ashley and PA Dental Arts saved the day. ~ Dylan T

We have been patients at this practice for over 12 years. This past Jan, 2023 we learned that there was a new Dentist which had taken over ( our 3rd in 12 years ). Our Jan experience was not as good as the previous 12 years. We went back this week totally expecting to be our last time here. However we were happy to learn that a new Dentist and staff were now in place. Our experience this week was among the best ever at a Dentist office. Like most I have not always had a good dental experience - in fact the thought of dental work give me the chills. P.A Dental has changed my view, I went in for exam, cleaning and cavity filling. The entire staff was open, friendly and very professional. My first appointment was for exam and cleaning which was in the least bit uncomfortable. My next appointment to fill the dental cavities was by far the best dental experience I have had. Thanks to the entire staff who take time to ensure the experience is as comfortable as it can be. Lets just say I am a nervous Nancy, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the dentist. So when I broke my tooth I put off the repair for WEEKS. I kept looking and looking for the right dentist. I was referred here from a work buddy and when I had a severe toothache one Saturday, they were open and could get me in within 2 hours. The stars seemingly aligned to guide me here because it was the perfect experience. Julie, the office manager, off the bat got me in the office and out of pain the same day. They even worked with me financially on what my insurance did not cover! Kelsey the dental assistant was amazing as well, her and Julie we both pros in easing my anxiety. Dr. Akhavan was very good and careful to make sure my experience was as pain free as possible. Needless to say I am certain I have found the right dentist for me. Julie and Kelsey are both an asset to this office taking a good experience and making it GREAT! Keep up the good work guys! ~ Lauren W
